This leadership role requires a seasoned professional who combines deep technical expertise with outstanding people management skills and a transformational leadership philosophy.
Education & Experience:
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred,
- Minimum 20 years of progressive electrical engineering experience in medical device development or similar technological, regulated environments
- Minimum 10 years of direct people management experience

As a key member of our Electrical Engineering team, the Electrical Engineer will collaborate closely with senior engineers in all phases of medical device development, from early concept through qualification, field testing, and clinical use.
- BSEE or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of industry experience.
- Solid understanding of circuit theories and circuit analysis techniques for analog and digital systems, battery power systems, and/or RF circuit design is essential.
- Prior experience in Altium Designer, LTSPICE simulation, LabVIEW, Python, C, C++, is desirable.
