i) Computer - March 13 has dynamic games plannedl. There are no plans for April at the moment.

ii) ComSoc: Victor assists in an international communication conference in Denver and organises a startup pitching event.

iii) Momin reported that USD 1000 has been approved.

iv) Photonics: Ramesh volunteered to share a 7-minute video on the student project in photonics. Below is the link

v) Momin discussed graduate students' presentations from Ramesh's class, which were approved, and subsequent talks will be arranged.

vi) Treasurer's report: Presented by Rick, the total STEM pledge is USD 4772.20, totalling $15,535 USD.

vii) BV chapter total is $22,918.91, with BV section cash on hand at $24,884.97.

viii) Motion approved to accept treasurer support.

ix) Recognition brunch: Momin presented dates of March 6/7 for it.

x) Section event: "Girls Make STEM with Heart": Deron reported that April 13 is scheduled for this event.

xi) Momin will attend the Region 6 meeting in Seattle.

xii) Ramesh provided an update on the IEEE meeting in Jamaica.
